This grappa is the result of a careful selection of very good grappas, produced over the last 10 years and aged in casks of Tronçais d'Allier oak. The grappas were distilled discontinuously in a small copper steam boiler. The composition of the different vintages and grape varieties give this grappa elegance and complexity of aromas and feelings that only the best spirits in the world transmit.
